Our Gin is crafted from 9 botanicals; Juniper, lemon peal, sweet orange peal, bitter orange peal, cardamom, coriander, tarragon, orris root, and licorice root.   We pride ourselves in making a sipping gin, one that can be enjoyed without a mixer.

Base Spirit: Wheat 

Nose: Heavy Citrus with hints of pine
